Sometimes I find new toys in Augie's basket that I have never seen....most recently, a potato masher. Brian finds these things and brings them up to Augie.

First Trip to the Zoo

Augie and I went to the zoo on Tuesday with our friend Donna and Gracie. We had a nice time. The gorilla was being very aggressive with the man in the red shirt. He would stand with his arms up on the glass and the gorilla would hurl his body against the glass at him. It was neat. The only animal Augie really responded to was the orangutan. When he turned around and looked at us, Augie's eyes got really big and I felt his body tighten up. Funny.

Sorry I have not been keeping this blog updated. I do regularly add pictures to myspace.com and facebook.com. This was taken Wednesday with our friends Ethan and Hayle. Augie loves the pool.

7 Months Old Today!

Augie turned 7 months old this morning at 1am! Life has been so busy since he arrived. He got sick for the first time this week. We were at the Doctor's office yesterday for over three hours (mainly waiting for a urine sample from the little man). He is doing better though, Dr said just need time to get over a virus. He was up at 4am this morning ready to play - I was happy to see him more like himself this morning.


Below are pictures of our visit to the pool last Saturday. We went with a couple of friends from church. I think Augie wanted Hayle to share his raft. :-)
